Job Description
Job Overview:
Join our team at Comfort Suites Bridgeport, WV and become an essential part of our guest services team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. This position will be 2-4 days a week with weekend availability required. Dependability and reliable transportation is a must. Night Audit is from 11pm to 7am.Duties:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities
- Process reservations, cancellations, and payment transactions accurately
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area and vending area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Skills:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Team player attitude and self motivated
