Night Auditor

Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth overnight operations at our hotel. This energetic position combines guest relations, front desk management, and administrative duties to deliver exceptional service during the late-night hours. As a Night Auditor, you'll be the first point of contact for guests arriving or departing after hours, providing friendly assistance and ensuring all hotel procedures are accurately followed. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest satisfaction and operational excellence. During the slow months and days you will have plenty of down time to clean and just relax. Duties Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival or departure, providing outstanding customer service Manage the front desk during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and balanced Prepare detailed reports on daily revenue, reservations, and guest feedback to support management decision-making Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns, resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Monitor security systems and perform safety checks around the property to ensure a secure environment Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and providing information as needed Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred, but we can teach you everything you need to know.
