Part time night auditor Cody, WY 82414 From $17 an hour - Part-time From $17 an hour - Part-time Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part-Time Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure smooth overnight operations at our hotel. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift, providing exceptional guest services, managing front desk activities, and maintaining accurate financial records. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for our guests while ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during the overnight shift, ensuring a positive experience. Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism and warmth. Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, billing, and reservations to ensure accuracy and completeness. Respond promptly to guest needs and resolve any issues or complaints with a friendly and proactive attitude. Maintain security by monitoring CCTV footage, conducting safety checks, and controlling access to the property during your shift. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure seamless communication between shifts. Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and courteously. Skills Strong background in hospitality management or hotel operations with previous hotel experience preferred. Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest satisfaction. Experience in front desk duties, night audit procedures, and hotel management systems. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and multi-line phone system operation. Knowledge of resort or hotel environments with an understanding of guest services standards. Ability to work independently during night hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail.
