Front Desk/Night Auditor

• Greet each and every guest as they enter the hotel and provide personal service at all times
• Approach all encounters with guests as well as employees in a professional and personalized manner throughout all areas of the hotel
• Maintain regular attendance and timeliness in compliance with hotel standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel
• Maintain a professional image and positive attitude at all times
• Make guest reservations and operate PBX calls
• Perform accounting duties such as resolve charge disputes, process corrections and/or adjustments to accounts, post charges to accounts, count drawer and prepare cash deposits
• Report pertinent information to the next shift per hotel policy
• Actively participate in daily briefings and meetings
• Ensure that the safety & confidentiality of all matters pertaining to guests are met in accordance with hotel standards
• Understand and execute hotel emergency procedures if an incident should occur
• Identify and solicit potential new loyalty rewards members
• Build rapport with VIP's, loyalty members, and distinguished visitors
• Respond to all guest inquires, complaints and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure guest satisfaction
• Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality and service

Work Remotely No Pay:

From $13.00 per hour
