Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Implementation Project Manager to lead the migration of our U.S. payroll operations from ADP Workforce Now to ADP Global View, with a targeted go-live date of January 1, 2027. This role will oversee end-to-end payroll implementation, including Workday HRIS integration, benefits vendor transitions, data migration, testing, compliance, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities Lead payroll migration from ADP Workforce Now to ADP Global View Manage project scope, timelines, risks, milestones, and stakeholder communication Coordinate payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors throughout implementation Oversee payroll data migration, system configuration, testing, validation, and go-live activities Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and internal controls Support GL interface mapping with Oracle ERP Maintain project documentation, status reporting, and process sign-offs Drive change management and user adoption initiatives Qualifications 5+ years of payroll implementation and payroll operations experience Strong project management skills with experience handling complex implementations Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or ADP Global View preferred Knowledge of Workday integrations and payroll compliance Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field Preferred Skills Experience with enterprise payroll migrations Strong analytical and reconciliation skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
