Job Description

Status Full Time Employer Robson Communities Location Sun Lakes, AZ Job Description Manage coordinate all activities associated with production of scheduled payrolls, quarterly annual payroll taxes, annual W-2 Processing Workers Compensation for approximately 1,750 employees for all Robson affiliated companies.
The scheduled payrolls are:
26 Biweekly Payrolls 24 Semimonthly Payrolls.
These are:
Robson Communities Biweekly Commission, California, Commission, Arlington Yacht payrolls. Will perform other job duties as assigned.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Ensure timely accurate payroll production including: Employee master maintenance, timecard input by all keyers, payroll compilation/production check/auto deposit delivery. Taxation issues, including: timely tax payments, monthly, quarterly & annual returns, workers comp-general liability, annual reconciliation, FUTA return, 945 deposits & annual returns. Stard AD HOC payroll reports Annual reports to Employees, including: W2's, 1099R System set up maintenance Workers Compensation reporting maintenance Other Duties as requested by the controllers or treasurer including assisting managers HR with reports data needed from the system or investigating issues that relate to payroll such as accrual or accounting problems. Requirements Previous experience submitting tax returns, including but not limited to: 941, 945, 940, AZ
ARQ, CA DEG, DE7
Current knowledge of
FLSA, FMLA, COBRA
other payroll related issues Basic knowledge of payroll law. Basic accounting skills; must know through education or experience debits, credits, accruals, journal entries, general ledger, etc. Basic knowledge of worker's comp codes rate structures Knowledge of JDE Enterprise One Hubble reporting software Thorough knowledge of JDE Payroll Module, including set-up issues Ability to troubleshoot issues in system or with accounting reports.
