The position involves leading complex transformation initiatives in Time & Attendance systems, ensuring compliance and seamless integration. This opportunity is based in a hybrid on-site environment. Culver City, CA Payroll Systems and Special Projects Manager Responsibilities:
Lead large-scale initiatives to transform Time & Attendance systems, managing schedules, risks, and stakeholder communication. Collaborate with system integrators and internal teams to ensure project alignment and delivery. Interpret collective bargaining agreements and configure system rules for overtime, premiums, and penalties. Develop and document detailed requirements, process flows, and automation opportunities. Support system integration, data validation, testing strategies, and reconciliation processes.
Payroll Systems and Special Projects Manager Qualifications:
Over 10 years in payroll, time & attendance, and system implementation roles. Extensive experience operating in a union environment. Familiarity with systems like UKG Pro, Workday, or Infor, and their integrations. Strong analytical skills and data proficiency. Proven leadership in large-scale transformation projects.
