Senior Payroll Manager ???? El Segundo, CA | 100% Onsite ???? Direct Hire | ???? $120,000-$150,000+ (Depending on Experience) Lead Payroll Operations for a High-Profile Organization We're seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations for approximately 500 employees in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. This is a direct-hire opportunity for a payroll leader who thrives on accuracy, compliance, confidentiality, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities Manage weekly and semi-monthly payroll processing Ensure compliance with multi-state payroll laws and regulations Oversee payroll tax reporting, filings, and payroll system administration Review garnishments, wage deductions, and other payroll transactions Support audits and maintain strong internal controls Analyze and improve payroll processes and procedures Mentor payroll team members and support departmental goals (2 direct reports) Handle highly confidential payroll and employee information Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of multi-state payroll management experience Strong knowledge of payroll systems, payroll compliance, and tax regulations Experience leading payroll operations in a complex environment Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills Why Consider This Opportunity?
