Job Description

Summary of Position:
The Payroll Supervisor oversees daily payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee wages and compliance with federal, state, and local laws. The Payroll Supervisor will manage and mentor the payroll staff in their daily operations, which support all payroll activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Associate's degree in finance, accounting, human resources, or a relevant field with 5 years of multi-state payroll experience. CPP certification preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with HR clients, cross-functional colleagues, and IT. Proficiency with Payroll Software (Oracle) and system integrations preferred. Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects. Indicators & Attributes for

Primary Responsibilities:
Supervises and coordinates payroll processing operations for all countries: Regular payroll Quarterly Bonuses Off Cycles RSUs Ensures payroll is processed accurately, compliantly, and on time. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations. Assists with annual year-end W-2 and T-4 reconciliations and distribution. Collaborates with HR and Benefits departments to coordinate payroll-related activities. Manages payroll specialists' staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Mentors and provides hands-on training to the payroll team on policies, regulations, and processes. Responsible for the continuous engagement of the payroll team, promoting participation in company activities as permitted by the payroll schedule. Ensures employees' inquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner. Proficient in the utilization of the Oracle payroll system to support all payroll processes and escalates any issues to the Payroll Manager. Provides direction and assistance to the payroll leads and specialists. Operates as the subject matter expert and escalation point to resolve issues. Handles Record Retention.

Salary:
$100,000/YR - $140,000/YR Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
