Payroll Manager Compensation:

This role offers a unique blend of stability, ownership, and influence—ideal for a payroll leader who wants to make a lasting impact while growing alongside the business. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness Manage and improve payroll processes, controls, and reporting Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Partner with HR, Finance, and leadership to support business growth Lead payroll audits, tax filings, and year-end activities Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction within the payroll function Ideal Background Proven payroll management experience in a growing or complex organization Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, taxes, and controls Process-oriented leader with a continuous improvement mindset Comfortable operating with visibility and influencing cross-functional stakeholders #LI-DB2 #
