Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Workday HCM Manager in Miami, FL.
Key Tasks:
Manage PX Systems team members, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management to foster a high-performing, innovative and collaborative team environment
Subject matter expert to independently lead and configure Workday Core HCM for production support and Phase X project implementation
Manage Core HCM to include foundational data, organization structures, business process framework and security, processes such as the hire, personal information, job change, and termination business processes, inclusive of ESS and MSS
Serve as the functional/technical liaison between the People Excellence (PX) teams and IT teams on system improvements, upgrades, system testing, conversions, implementations, and training
Collaborate with PX centers of excellence, IT, Payroll, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable HR technology solutions
Manage the bi-weekly hire, job/pay change and termination audits and collaborate closely with the payroll team
Own day-to-day system support, including ticket intake, prioritization, and SLA management
Act as primary escalation point for complex issues and defects
Analyze business processes and resolve issues and concerns
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience administering and supporting Workday with at least 3 years in HRIS management
Proven track record of successfully leading HRIS projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations
Experience leading and configuring Workday Core HCM required
Knowledge of HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, talent development, and compensation The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
