ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
for this role includes the daily HR operations including benefits administration, training and development and overall administrative management of the office. Developing and maintaining human resource processes and procedures. Managing Internal Recruiting and Onboarding Assume administrative oversite of customer service. Assume the role of office manager and perform related duties and responsibilities. The client is looking for someone with 7- 9 experience in a manufacturing environment operating as a Business Partner or HR generalist A PHR or SPHR is certification preferred And Experience in employee relations, organizational development & planning, talent management, and compensation/rewards.
