What You'll Be DoingManage full-cycle payroll for both salaried and hourly employees. Oversee multi-state payroll processing and compliance. Prepare and file 941s and support payroll tax reporting requirements. Handle payroll-related taxes, reconciliations, and reporting. Set up and maintain payroll vendors and support relationships with third-party providers. Administer and report fringe benefits accurately. Ensure payroll is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with applicable regulations. Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and support internal teams as needed.
