Full Time Position Overview As a project office manager for Kiewit, you will provide administrative support to members of a specific project, department, and division while promoting teamwork and creativity by encouraging effective communication. This person should be motivated, possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and be proficient in various software systems such as MS Word, Teams, Excel, Share Point, and others. District Overview Kiewit Nuclear Solutions. is a full-service engineering, project management, and construction provider operating across North America. Our experience and expertise span all aspects of the nuclear-related market from carbon-free, small modular reactors to Dept of Energy science, environmental and nuclear security mission capabilities. With these broad capabilities, we operate in the power utility, renewable energy, industrial, and infrastructure markets. Location This is an onsite position in Scoville, ID (greater Idaho Falls, ID). Qualifications At least 1 year of administrative experience preferred. High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook. Strong professional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Able to take direction and provide timely feedback on progress of tasks. Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and active listening skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, with occasional varying schedules in support of site operational needs. This may include occasional extended hours or weekend work (OT pay offered for over 8 hours). Responsibilities Manage craft requisition and execution including workforce planning, staffing schedules and hiring. Set up and conduct weekly orientations to lead effective on-boarding process, including paperwork, applications, documentation and maintaining employment files Complete I-9s for craft hires and staff transfers (as applicable) Order and distribute craft hiring/ benefit packets Sorting and distribut
