We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and dependable In-House Bookkeeper / Accounting Manager to join our growing team. Position Overview The Accounting Manager / Bookkeeper will help manage the day-to-day financial operations of EADS Roofing & Exteriors. This role is responsible for QuickBooks, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, financial organization, and supporting leadership with accurate reporting. This is a W2, in-house position with compensation based on background, experience, and proven accounting ability. Compensation Up to $65,000 per year , based on experience and qualifications. Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping Manage daily bookkeeping in QuickBooks Maintain accurate financial records Reconcile accounts, transactions, and statements Track job-related expenses and payments Help organize financial reporting for ownership and management Payroll Process payroll accurately and on time Maintain payroll records Assist with employee pay, deductions, and W2-related documentation Ensure payroll information is organized and compliant Accounts Receivable Create and send customer invoices Track customer payments Follow up on outstanding balances Help keep AR reports organized and current Accounts Payable Enter and manage vendor bills Track payment due dates Help ensure vendors are paid accurately and on time Maintain organized AP records and documentation Invoicing & Office Support Prepare and send invoices for roofing, siding, gutter, window, storm restoration, and exterior service projects Communicate professionally with internal team members, customers, vendors, and leadership Support office operations as needed Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Experienced with QuickBooks Experienced with payroll Comfortable managing AR and AP Organized, accurate, and detail-oriented Reliable, self-motivated, and professional Strong with communication and follow-through Comfortable working in a fast-paced service business Able to protect confidential financial and employee information Interested in growing with a top-rated local roofing company Preferred Experience Bookkeeping or accounting experience required QuickBooks experience required Payroll experience preferred AR/AP experience preferred Construction, roofing, exterior remodeling, or contractor accounting experience is a plus Experience with job costing, invoicing, or service-based businesses is a plus Why Join EADS Roofing & Exteriors?
