About the Company is responsible for the design, governance, and administration of the company's total rewards programs, including payroll, compensation, incentive plans, and benefits. This role ensures programs are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with business strategy. The Manager of Total Rewards serves as a subject matter expert and strategic partner to HR leadership, HR Managers, Finance, and Payroll. About the Role Key Responsibilities Total Rewards Strategy Develop and maintain the organization's total rewards philosophy, ensuring alignment with business goals and talent strategy. Assess market competitiveness and internal equity across all employee groups (hourly, salaried, exempt, and non-exempt). Recommend program changes based on workforce needs, cost considerations, and market trends. Payroll Ensure accurate, timely pay and tax compliance. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Payroll Processing, run payroll systems, auditing records, and managing deductions. System Administration Manage and optimize HRIS and payroll software systems. Team Leadership Supervise, train, and mentor payroll staff. Auditing Facilitate internal and external audits by providing necessary records and documentation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field. 4+ years of progressive experience in payroll and compensation and/or total rewards. Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site environments strongly preferred. Required Skills Strong understanding of payroll, compensation structures, incentives, and benefits. Experience with compensation surveys and market pricing tools. Advanced analytical skills; strong Excel capability required. Working knowledge of payroll processes and close collaboration with Payroll. Preferred Skills High integrity and discretion with confidential information. Strong business judgment and stakeholder influence. Detail-oriented with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
