This role will primarily focus on payroll processing while also supporting accounting, reporting, and operational finance activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Responsibilities:
Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time Administer union payroll, certified payroll, deductions, and time-off tracking Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with payroll regulations Prepare payroll, labor, and workforce-related reports Support union, insurance, and compliance audits Assist with job costing, labor analysis, and project reporting Provide support across Accounts Payable, Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Month-End Close activities Partner with leadership on process improvements and special projects Serve as a resource for payroll-related questions and system support
Qualifications:
3+ years of payroll experience required Union payroll experience strongly preferred Construction/Manufacturing industry experience is a plus Exposure to AP, AR, Billing, Job Costing, or Month-End Close is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your resume directly to Dalton Rolli at for immediate consideration.
