This long-term contract position is based in Fall River, Massachusetts, and focuses on managing payroll systems, benefits administration, and financial reporting. The role also involves supporting other HR projects, making it a dynamic opportunity for professionals with a strong payroll background.

Responsibilities:

Process and manage full-cycle payroll for a workforce of 130-140 employees on a weekly schedule. Ensure accurate and compliant multi-state payroll operations using ADP Workforce Now. Administer employee benefits programs, including coordination with Harvard Pilgrim plans. Handle employee reimbursements and ensure timely processing of related payments. Generate detailed payroll and financial reports to support organizational decision-making. Collaborate with HR and finance teams on various projects to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies promptly. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. Assist in bilingual communication when necessary to support diverse employee needs. Proven experience managing full-cycle payroll operations. Proficiency in multi-state payroll processes and compliance requirements. Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now is essential. Familiarity with administering benefits programs, including open enrollment processes. Strong ability to generate and analyze payroll-related financial reports. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bilingual proficiency is a plus, though not required. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with HR and finance teams.
