We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management (WFM) initiatives. This role requires a strong project delivery professional with expertise in governance, stakeholder management, and coordinating cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate multiple project workstreams across HR, Payroll, and WFM initiatives.
- Maintain and manage RAID logs, ensuring risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies are proactively tracked and addressed.
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling activities.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and escalate issues as needed.
- Support project governance, reporting, and communication with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience.
- Strong knowledge of PMO methodologies and project governance practices.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
- Exposure to HR technology, Payroll, and Workforce Management (WFM) systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Pay Range- $65.
