Job Description:
A growing organization in the Harford County area seeks a qualified Payroll Manager Key Responsibilities Manage ADP payroll processes and personnel Oversee bi-monthly, multi-state payroll (500+ employees) Handle garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance Prepare 401(k) & ROTH reports Generate reporting (overtime, commissions, staffing) Maintain SOPs and documentation Train managers on payroll processes Support audits Partner with HR and Accounting Requirements 3+ years payroll experience (multi-state preferred) Management experience ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred Strong Excel & Outlook skills Organized, reliable, and communicative HR exposure is a plus Does not need to be a high-level expert Top Skills ADP / Payroll systems High-volume payroll processing Leadership / team management Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) & ROTH Life & Disability Insurance PTO Free Parking All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
