Job Description
We are seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee full-cycle payroll operations in Bethesda, MD. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Manage and process full-cycle payroll for a workforce of approximately 100-300 employeesHandle standalone payroll responsibilities, including data entry, audits, and final approvalsEnsure payroll accuracy, including wages, deductions, taxes, and benefitsMaintain compliance with applicable payroll tax laws and regulationsReconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies in a timely mannerPartner with HR and accounting on employee records, benefits, and reportingSupport audits and assist with year-end processing (W-2s, etc.)Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and efficiency
