Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced payroll and benefits manager to oversee and manage our organization's payroll and human resources operations. This role ensures employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as maintain all hiring/onboarding processes. Key Responsibilities Manage and process end-to-end payroll for all employees (biweekly) Maintain payroll records, reports, and documentation with high accuracy Maintain all hiring and onboarding documents and files Coordinate with Corporate HR and Finance teams on employee data, benefits, and compensation changes Qualifications 3+ years of payroll/human resources experience Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Experience in scheduling, tugboats, and related area a plus Skills & Competencies High level of integrity and confidentiality Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage deadlines and handle sensitive information Process improvement mindset Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan options Paid time off and holidays

$65,000.00 per year
