Job Description

Job Description Harper Fox are supporting a partner in appointing another newly created position within the org structure, a Global Payroll Manager that will be situated out of a strategic hub in Houston, Texas. The business has gone through a period of positive transformation and evolution, with projects spanning the Americas, Asia, Middle East and Europe. Following their continued success, this position has been identified as a key pillar of support to the leadership team in managing critical projects.
The role:
The Global Payroll Manager will serve as a strategic partner and subject matter expert, driving alignment and execution of key initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for optimizing operational processes, managing cross-functional projects, and facilitating seamless communication between departments. This position is unique as it will be responsible for driving the service delivery of the external payroll providers through strong vendor management, so experience of managing third party relationships will be vital.
Ideal experience:
We're looking to bring in someone with international payroll experience who has managed global projects, not just focused on US payroll operations. This individual will be managing external relationships as opposed to in-house payroll support, so experience in taking lead with similar processes in the past is a non-negotiable. Prior exposure to companies supporting global energy projects would be advantageous, but we are open on industry experience providing the above criteria is still aligned.
