Job Title HR Director Location Raleigh Area, NC About Us We are a growing, multi-rooftop automotive dealership group operating in North Carolina. Our organization is built on operational consistency, strong leadership accountability, and a high standard of professionalism—supporting teams that deliver an excellent customer experience while maintaining disciplined internal processes. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations with a focus on payroll accuracy, onboarding coordination, office organization, and accounting support. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in a fast-paced dealership environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office and administrative operations Process payroll accurately and maintain timekeeping records Coordinate onboarding, new hire paperwork, and employee records Assist with hiring support and interview scheduling Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, deal processing, and basic accounting duties Maintain organized office procedures and consistent administrative processes Track attendance, PTO, and payroll-related reporting Communicate professionally with employees, managers, vendors, and customers
Qualifications Required:
