Job Description

We are seeking a Payroll Generalist to support weekly payroll operations for approximately 300 employees. This is a key role working alongside our Accounting & HR Manager, with the opportunity to grow into full payroll ownership. This is a full-time long-term opportunity with excellent benefits including Health, Retirement Plan, and Vacation time.
What You'll Do:
Process weekly payroll (300+ employees) Run two payroll cycles per week Handle full-cycle payroll in-house, including taxes, union reporting, and job costing Review timecards and ensure payroll accuracy Maintain employee payroll records and generate reports
What We're Looking For:
Payroll experience required Union payroll experience or construction payroll experience is helpful, not required Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Comfortable working with numbers and deadlines
