Job Description

SAU #23 is currently seeking a candidate for the position of Payroll and Benefits Manager. This is a full-time, year-round position with benefits. Experience/Knowledge with Infinite Visions is strongly preferred. Wages based upon experience.
Duties to include:
Processing all incoming new hire information. Perform all payroll functions including payroll system set-up, deduction processes, entering payroll data, adjustments and accruals. Payroll Reporting (W-2, 941 etc.) Responds to questions and requests received from employees. Ensures maintenance of all benefit-related information. Prepares memorandums outlining and explaining benefits policies and procedures to a variety of audiences. Establishes and maintains working relationships with benefit providers, serving as a liaison regarding claim problems, issues, and concerns confronting employee participants.
