: 8 years of handson experience with Oracle Payroll implementations (Fusion HCM).Strong functional expertise inOracle Payroll (US)401(k) configuration and processingRetro payroll and adjustmentsLeave of Absence (LOA)Payroll costing setupAbsence ManagementCore HRBenefit Proven experience in payroll process review| optimization| and redesign.

Strong understanding of payroll compliance| controls| and audit requirements.

Experience with thirdparty benefits or 401(k) providers and payroll integrations.

Exposure to payroll reconciliation reporting and dashboards.

Experience supporting payroll transformations or standardization initiatives.

Ability to work independently onsite| owning requirements| design| and solutioning.

Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating requirements into functional solutions.

Strong analytical| problemsolving| and communication skills.
