Payroll Manager

Process weekly payroll across multiple EINs and entities in various states, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.

Manage payroll operations in OnePoint HCM, including data entry, reconciliations, reporting, and configuration of earnings, deductions, and tax codes.

Interpret and apply multi-state and local tax regulations, ensuring accurate withholding, reporting, and payment of all applicable taxes.

Partner with OnePoint implementation teams to establish new tax jurisdictions and maintain compliance as the organization expands.

Oversee and audit timesheets, overtime, PTO, and commission data to ensure payroll integrity.

Handle monthly reimbursements and expense payoutsAdminister wage garnishments, adjustments, and bonusesManage employment verifications and respond to payroll-related inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.

Collaborate with HR on new hire pay setup, compensation updates, and worker classification accuracy.

Coordinate with the workers' compensation broker on new classifications, reporting, and code setup.

Prepare and analyze ad-hoc payroll, tax, and labor cost reports for Finance and HR leadership.

Participate in annual audits, providing documentation and analysis as needed.

Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws, payroll regulations, and company policies
