Job Description

Accounting Manager Join the team at TBM Payroll a recognized payroll solutions provider serving clients since 1993, with corporate offices in Glens Falls, NY, and Clifton Park, NY. We take pride in fostering a positive workplace culture where employees are valued, recognized, and appreciated for their contributions. We are seeking an experienced Payroll Accounting Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of our business. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in payroll accounting, payroll tax reporting, and financial management, along with a proven track record of success.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organization. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. Perform banking and cash management activities. Administer all aspects of payroll accounting, including: Preparation and filing of quarterly payroll tax reports. Preparation and distribution of annual W-2 forms. Preparation and filing of 1099 forms. Perform general ledger account reconciliations. Prepare financial reports and assist with financial analysis. Ensure compliance with applicable payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements. In addition to the above, the ideal candidate will be well organized, detailed oriented and comfortable when working as part of a team and independently.
Skills:
Proficient in Quickbooks ADP Mastertax experience is a plus Nacha audit experience is a plus
Education:
Bachelor's Degree Experience:
2 years of Payroll Accounting (Required)
Compensation:
From $65,000 (Commensurate with experience)
