Responsibilities:
- Direct end-to-end payroll processing for a high-volume employee population, ensuring accurate and timely pay distribution across recurring payroll cycles.
- Oversee multi-state payroll administration and help maintain compliance with applicable wage, tax, and reporting requirements.
- Manage international payroll coordination for designated global entities, working with external vendors and internal partners to support accurate processing.

- Maintain payroll records, controls, and documentation to support internal policies, audits, and regulatory requirements. Requirements
- 10+ years of payroll experience, including leadership responsibility in a high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated success managing full-cycle payroll for employee populations exceeding 500, with exposure to organizations of 1,000 or more employees preferred.
- Strong experience handling payroll across multiple U.S. states with a solid understanding of related compliance requirements.
- Hands-on knowledge of international payroll operations and coordination with global payroll providers.
- Proficiency with payroll and HRIS platforms, including ADP Workforce Now, Workday, and similar payroll systems.
- Experience overseeing bi-monthly payroll cycles and supporting both domestic and international payroll functions.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and manage a small payroll team while maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines.
