About the Role We are seeking a Payroll Tower Lead - EMEA to drive the transformation, standardisation, and governance of payroll operations across the region. This senior role is accountable for delivering payroll operational excellence, ensuring regulatory and SOX compliance, and managing key strategic partners, including ADP and Accenture. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future payroll landscape, leading regional unification initiatives and preparing payroll operations for further integrations and transitions.
