Job Description
Overview Payroll Manager:
Responsible for the entry and processing of production payroll for 150+ employees, which in addition to producing the earnings made by the shop floor employees, also controls the inventory flow.Job Duties:
- Verify the accuracy of payroll data entered through the shop floor scan system including: quantity, time, and pay codes
- Data entry of manual timesheets
- Review summary reports of earnings to check for accuracy/missing data
- Communicate with employees regarding timesheets, personnel department, and inventory control on a daily basis.
- Process weekly payroll
- Track employee vacation balances, etc.
- Assist other departments as needed Must be able to use a calculator Must have good data entry skills Must be able to communicate well Must be able to pass a Background check and Drug Screen Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance is a must.
