Job Description

Robert Half has partnered with an established company in Portland, Maine to locate a Payroll Supervisor for a full-time on-site position with benefits.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

Payroll processing for 50-100 employeesADP Workforce Now experience a plus or similar HRISAssist with HR administration duties: onboarding, benefits, employee files, etc.

Strong Excel skillsCommunication and customer service skillsWilling to assist with operations team - overtime potentialEmployer offers generous benefits including: Healthcare, 4 weeks PTO + holidays, 401k with match, Life Insurance and more.
