Job Description
Oracle HCM Payroll Lead Introduction We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Payroll Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll configuration and integrations, as well as a strong background in payroll technology. Responsibilities Lead and oversee Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll configuration and integration projects Utilize expertise in Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, HDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, and OIC to optimize payroll processes Ensure payroll compliance and regulatory requirements are met Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement payroll costing strategies Conduct payroll testing and provide cutover support Manage payroll transformations and parallel testing initiatives Integrate payroll systems with GL/ERP platforms and UKG/Kronos solutions Handle multi-entity and multi-jurisdiction payroll environments Provide expertise in Union payroll and HR management Requirements Required Skills 15+ years of payroll technology experience Strong Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll expertise CPP Certification (APA) Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, HDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, and OIC Expertise in payroll integrations, compliance, and costing Experience with multi-entity and multi-jurisdiction payroll environments Knowledge of SQL and troubleshooting skills Preferred Skills UKG/Kronos integrations Union payroll experience GL/ERP integrations Parallel payroll testing & cutover support
