No Sponsorship The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate need for a Global Payroll Director. This role will be critical in providing oversight for the company's global payroll operations. Ideal candidates will have experience providing expertise regarding payroll operations and compliance for a company with employees spanning multiple countries including those in Europe, East Asia, and the Middle East. Responsibilities Serve as subject matter expert on all payroll operations and compliance across U.S. and
EMEA/APAC
locations Manage payroll tax and wage and hour compliance Drive process improvements Establish centralized governance and standardized controls Manage all payroll functions including: policies, documentation standards, escalation processes, oversight of payroll operations for regional locations, local and federal laws, accuracy, and taxes Foster an accountability and service culture
Qualifications Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related Certified Payroll Professional designation preferred
Required Experience:
10+ years of progressive payroll experience Prior leadership experience with a global organization Experience with international payroll (EMEA/APAC preferred) Experience partnering with legal to navigate multi-jurisdictional compliance
