Destination:
Progress. As a payroll manager on the HR Systems and Control team, you'll oversee payroll operations to ensure wages and related remittances are processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with applicable regulations. You'll manage payroll documentation, filings, disbursements, and related processes, while ensuring payroll systems support both regulatory requirements and business needs. Partnering with internal and external stakeholders, you'll implement process improvements. In addition, you'll lead a staff of payroll coordinators, specialists and a supervisor, including employment decisions, performance management, compensation, reward planning, employee development, as well as overseeing and monitoring the team budget. This is a hybrid role, requiring work from our headquarters in Mayfield Village, OH. Must-have qualifications A minimum of 8 years payroll experience, with at least 2 years leadership experience (e.g., directly managing or mentoring/coaching). {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management and a minimum of 5 years payroll experience, with at least 2 years leadership experience (e.g., directly managing or mentoring/coaching).
