Payroll Lead

Payroll Consultant We are looking for an experienced payroll manager to oversee and execute end-to-end payroll operations for a manufacturing client. This role is hands-on and highly visible, with responsibility for ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and system effectiveness across the organization. The perfect consultant brings expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, UKG Time & Attendance (Kronos), and advanced Excel to support payroll analysis, reconciliations, audits, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle payroll for hourly and salaried employees Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Handle payroll updates (new hires, terminations, pay changes, off-cycle runs) Resolve complex payroll issues (retro pay, adjustments, garnishments) Support audits, reconciliations, tax filings, and year-end processing Partner with HR, Finance, and cross-functional teams Drive process improvements and support system integrations Requirements Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Hands-on experience with UKG Time & Attendance (Kronos) Details Fully remote 6-12 month contract Start ASAP About Korn Ferry Korn Ferry unleashes potential in people, teams, and organizations.
