Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage biweekly payroll processing for approximately 470 employees, including 350 hourly staff, using Paylocity.
- Ensure compliance with multi-state payroll regulations and taxation laws.
- Oversee day-to-day payroll operations and address any payroll-related inquiries or issues.
- Support implementation tasks, including data validation, migration analysis, report creation, and payroll auditing.
- Collaborate closely with consultants and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth payroll transitions.
- Provide guidance and expertise on payroll-related matters to internal stakeholders.
- Monitor payroll systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of payroll data for internal and external purposes.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll data at all times.
