Compensation:

Impact:
As Payroll Manager, you'll oversee payroll operations for approximately 3,500 employees across 12 states while leading a team of three experienced payroll professionals.
Your focus will include:
Leading, mentoring, and developing a close-knit payroll team Ensuring accurate and compliant weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing across multiple states Serving as the payroll subject matter expert for tax compliance, audits, garnishments, and regulatory requirements Partnering with HR, Accounting, Treasury, and Operations to improve processes and solve business challenges Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen controls, and improve overall efficiency Managing escalated payroll issues with professionalism and a customer-first min dset Successful candidates typically have: 10+ years of progressive multi-state payroll experience supporting large employee populations Experience leading and developing payroll teams Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations, audits, garnishments, and wage & hour compliance Experience partnering with Accounting on reconciliations, reporting, and month-end activities Exposure to UKG, Workforce Management, or comparable payroll plat forms A track record of improving payroll processes while maintaining exceptional accuracy and compliance Compensation & Be nefits
Base Salary:
