What You'll Do Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for salaried and hourly staff across multiple locations and pay cycles. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, handling tax filings and year-end reporting with precision. Collaborate closely with Human Resources, Finance, IT, and Store Operations to resolve payroll issues and support system enhancements. Develop and mentor payroll team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Partner with internal and external auditors to support quarterly and annual reviews. Maintain payroll controls and prepare detailed reports to inform leadership decisions.
Qualifications / What
We're Looking For Minimum of 5 years payroll experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience with high-volume, multi-state payroll processing. Proficiency with Workday Payroll (preferred) or comparable systems such as PeopleSoft. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
