This role will play a critical part in ensuring accurate, timely payroll processing while supporting the integration of multiple payroll systems due to recent and upcoming acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for approximately 640 employees, with expected growth to 1,000+ over the next 3-5 years Lead the consolidation and integration of three separate payroll systems into a unified process Process weekly payroll, including timesheet review and approvals (timesheets submitted on Fridays) Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Utilize ADP Workforce Now (WFN), ADP Enterprise eTIME (ED6), and Deltek Vantagepoint for payroll and accounting functions Partner cross-functionally with HR and Accounting teams to ensure data accuracy and seamless payroll operations Address payroll discrepancies, employee inquiries, and reporting needs in a timely manner Support process improvements and system optimization during and after payroll integrations Assist with audits, reconciliations, and reporting as needed

Qualifications:

5+ years of payroll management experience, preferably in a high-growth or multi-entity environment Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and ADP Enterprise eTIME (ED6) required Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint strongly preferred Proven experience managing payroll integrations, mergers, or system consolidations Strong understanding of payroll compliance and multi-state payroll processing High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
