Payroll Supervisor

What You'll Do As Payroll Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day payroll operations while partnering with Human Resources, Finance, department leaders, and timekeepers across the organization.

Responsibilities include:

Supervise and support Payroll team members while promoting a culture of accountability and customer service. Coordinate biweekly and monthly payroll processing for multiple employee groups. Review payroll for accuracy and ensure employees are paid correctly and on time. Resolve payroll discrepancies, adjustments, retroactive payments, and complex payroll issues. Monitor timekeeping, leave balances, and payroll compliance. Partner with managers and department timekeepers to answer payroll questions and provide training. Analyze payroll reports and trends while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. Assist with quarterly and year-end payroll activities, audits, tax reporting, and compliance. Help develop and improve payroll processes and internal controls. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys both the technical and leadership side of payroll.
