Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead and oversee payroll operations. This role is responsible for managing the payroll team, ensuring accurate and timely processing, maintaining compliance with payroll tax regulations, and driving process improvements.
Supervise and manage the daily operations of the payroll departmentEnsure accurate and timely processing of payroll for employeesReview and perform payroll reconciliations, including earnings, deductions, and tax reportingOversee payroll tax compliance, filings, and related auditsIdentify and resolve payroll discrepancies and complex issuesMaintain and improve payroll processes, controls, and documentationPartner with HR and Accounting to ensure data accuracy and alignmentProvide guidance, training, and development to payroll staff
