- At least 5 years of payroll leadership experience, including responsibility for high-volume payroll operations.
- Proven background managing full cycle payroll for organizations with more than 500 employees.
- Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll practices, tax requirements, and payroll compliance standards.
- Hands-on experience using ADP Workforce Now in a payroll management capacity.
- Ability to administer bi-monthly payroll with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments in a detail-oriented environment.
