Payroll Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to join our team. As a Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll processing and ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of payroll regulations, and proficiency in various accounting software.

Responsibilities:

Run payrolls for 800+ employees Ensure that payroll goes out in a timely manner Maintain insurance and 401K plans Review and abide by company policies and procedures Make sure account balances are correct Resolve payroll errors Onboarding and offboarding employees Provide payroll reports to the management Complete worker's comp audit

Skills:

2+ years of experience in payroll In-depth understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality If you are a highly organized individual with a strong background in payroll management, we would love to hear from you.
