Job Description

We're partnering with a dynamic organization seeking a Senior Director of Payroll to lead and elevate a high-impact payroll function. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with an executive presence who thrives in a complex, fast-paced environment and is passionate about process improvement and team development.
What You'll Do:
Lead, mentor, and strengthen an established payroll teamOversee end-to-end payroll processing across a large, seasonal workforce:~1,400 full-time employees~1,200 part-time employees8,000-9,000 seasonal employees Drive process improvements, efficiencies, and scalability initiativesPartner cross-functionally to optimize payroll operations and integrationsEnsure compliance across multi-state payroll, taxes, and garnishments
