• What you'll do:
• + Manage and analyze global payroll data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across multiple systems.

+ Support payroll administration by maintaining records, resolving discrepancies, and applying regulatory requirements. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance payroll efficiency and data integrity. + Utilize payroll systems and tools to generate reports, monitor key metrics, and support audit and compliance activities. + Assist in payroll tax calculations and documentation, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying root causes and proposing solutions to optimize payroll operations.

• What you'll bring:
• + Proven expertise in payroll administration and payroll systems, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing.

+ Strong knowledge of data management principles, including data hierarchies, privacy, security, and documentation standards. + Experience with regulatory requirements related to payroll tax calculations and reporting for federal, state, and local jurisdictions. + Ability to analyze and resolve operational issues using root cause analysis and standard operating procedures. + Skilled in process improvement methodologies such as Kaizen or Six Sigma to enhance payroll and data workflows. + Proficient in managing stakeholder relationships and delivering quality service aligned with organizational goals. + Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills to meet service level agreements and deadlines.
