This role is perfect for a self-starter with a passion for accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. The position is based at Dillard's corporate headquarters in Little Rock, Arkansas. Job Description Here are some of your primary responsibilities: Preparing, organizing and processing retiree discount benefit for retired associates Assisting associates with understanding the company's 401k Plan documents. Timely calculation of all federal, state, and local withholding tax obligations. Assist with tax research, analysis, and planning to ensure compliance and support the company's objectives. Communicating effectively with state and local tax agencies to address notices, inquiries, and other related matters. To excel in this role, you'll need: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent time-management skills. Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal. The ability to work well with others.
