Job Description

JOB OBJECTIVE
To provide technical assistance in the processing of the City's biweekly payrolls and the preparation of payroll reports. This position is not designated as a safety/security sensitive position and is not subject to random drug and alcohol screening. For a complete list of essential job functions, please click HERE. These knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through completion of high school, supplemented by one (1) year of college or vocational technical school course work in Bookkeeping, Business Administration, or a related area; and two (2) years of experience in payroll processing, bookkeeping, or a related area. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered .
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
