Job Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle weekly payroll for 300 employees, ensuring accurate and timely processing in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Review, audit, and validate timesheets for accuracy, identifying and resolving discrepancies prior to payroll submission Perform detailed job costing and labor allocations across multiple projects to support accurate financial tracking and reporting Process payroll adjustments including bonuses, deductions, garnishments, and benefit withholdings while ensuring proper documentation Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and compensation changes Reconcile payroll reports, general ledger accounts, and payroll-related balances to ensure accuracy and audit readiness Support month-end and year-end close processes, including payroll accruals, reporting, and preparation of payroll tax filings (W-2s, 941s, etc.)
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in the construction industry Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
Preferred:
